Nursing loved ones hit by dementia or Alzheimer's is sometimes disruptive and emotionally draining to family members, as it is something beyond what patience and love alone can do. Giving proper care, memory management programs and medication are a few steps to curb further worsening of their condition. It is better to get memory training from trained professionals for positive results. So I believe memory care residence is a good choice for both families and people affected with any kind of dementia related illness as well. Such facilities provide specific care to individuals affected with Alzheimer's in their memory care neighborhoods. Owing to their vast experience in caring dementia patients they can do much better than what you do.

I totally agree. People suffering from Dementia and Alzheimer's shouldn't stay in traditional nursing homes or assisted living facilities. They should move to communities that can provide them with everything they need and specialize in the mentioned conditions. This is the only way they can get the treatment they need and can help them minimize their violent ways and mood swings, which are caused by these conditions.

I think all of our seniors need to provided with some assisted living facilities, as they are provided with almost every facility they need at their stage of life. Some of old age home projects are providing some very good facilities at some reasonable prices. Also provided with nursing facility.
