Stress Relief is something most people are in need of. But how do you find stress relief in such a busy atmosphere like most of us lead in life? You have to find a solution that is easy yet effective, and additionally not going to cost you a lot of money which in turn can further add to your stress that you do not need.

Well one thing I do if I have the time is take a 5-10 minute nap. I sometimes will do this on my lunch at work. I walk to our little park area and eat my lunch on a bench. I set my alarm on my cell phone and take a quick nap. I usually never fall asleep. But closing your eyes seems to relax me and I feel slightly refreshed. I even work better. I also take vitamins and try to exercise twice weekly. I would like to do more. But I usually am too lazy or busy.
