If you are fasting a lot for fast weight loss then it may affect your health. So eat that food which reduces your weight not health.
Below are some food that can be useful for loosing weight in a week.
1) Cabbage soup
2) Beans
3) Skimmed milk or Low-Fat Yogurt
4) Veggies and Fruits

Avoid the oily and junk outside food. Eat more green vegetables and salad, fruit juice rather than outside food.
