1] First be determined to follow any program you make to reduce weight
2] Avoid eating junk and fat food. get some list of diet and healthy food.
3] Do some sports activity or exercise on daily basis. or Join swimming best way to burn fats.
4] Stop checking weight frequently. Because this might demotivate you. Weight loss requires time and patience.
5] Not to do dieting because you tend to eat more after you are off to dieting instead eat healthy and raw food frequently to satisfy your craving if you are food addict.
6] Drink as much water you can because it fills your stomach.

I think best weight lose program is balance diet and exercise. if we eat simple food like vegetables and fruits then we can easily reduce our weight without any exercise. We can do different exercises for this purpose like walk running etc.
