You may be eating and exercising right, but that does not make you immune to back pains. There are many individuals who work with personal trainers, and yet fall prey to backaches. The truth is that people who exercise regularly are as likely to suffer from back pains as any other individual. Bodybuilders, swimmers, cyclists, runners and football players are classical examples of people with frequent backache issues.
