If you are fasting a lot for fast weight loss then it may affect your health. So eat that food which reduces your weight not health.
Below are some food that can be useful for loosing weight in a week.
1) Cabbage soup
2) Beans
3) Skimmed milk or Low-Fat Yogurt
4) Veggies and Fruits

The first thing I want to let you know that about Water Weight.
To lose your water weight you have to drink plenty of water. It is like contradictory but its true.
It is proven that if you drink more amount of water, you starts decreasing your weight fast.
Water is also helpful to keep you healthy and it results into glowing skin.
