I guess the most often and rather similar symptoms in depression are we start thinking negative, feeling of tiredness, pain, shame worthlessness, lack of sleeping, lack of interest in different activities, and other such problems. And no person could help us getting out of it other then ourselves be living and felling happy and trying involving in different social activities.

Depression is an illness that involves the body, mood, and thoughts and affects the way a person eats and sleeps, the way one feels about oneself, and the way one thinks about things.
