Some good tips to lose the weight effectively and fastly are:
Do cardio exercises at morning for at least 30 minutes daily.
Avoid all fast foods and fatty foods to control your cholesterol level.
Eat more fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Take green tea at least twice daily.
Drink grapefruit juice daily.

If you drink a glass of water 15-20 minutes before meals will prevent overeating. If you feel that you are hungry, it will be much better to drink water first because the brain finds it difficult to distinguish hunger from thirst.

Exercise and eat healthy is must for reducing weight. Also eat in small amounts frequently. Avoid eating processed foods .
